The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Attahiru Jega, has told Nigerian government legislators he couldn’t promise the 2015 general elections will take place on rescheduled dates in March and April.

Mr. Jega met with the legislators to audit the choice to delay the elections from February.
