Man bags 19 Years for Striping a Lady Unclad, Recording, Raping & Seizing Her Panties in Lagos

A man Mr. Sheriff Oyewole, who allegedly got a family friend’s daughter drunk at a celebration and raped her, was yesterday sentenced to 19 years imprisonment in a Lagos magistrate.

In line with the court, the convict was found guilty of offences of rape and assault, levelled against him for having canal familiarity with the woman, whom he’d known for 10 years. The incident, in line with the prosecution, occurred a week ago in a resort in Yaba part of Lagos.

The defendant was said to have lured the woman to the hotel after getting her drunk at a celebration and stripped her Unclad, recorded her Unclothedness and threatened to release a the video on social networking if she refused to have s3x with him. Besides these, he was said to have also soaked her cloth after the incident, while he returned the wet clothes and kept the panties in a bag. He, thereafter, escorted her to her mummy’s shop around 10p.m. On sighting her daughter, in line with the evidence before to the court, her mother was curious, nevertheless the victim told the court that out of fear she lied that she’d a scuffle with her friends at the party.

However, her mother, who was simply not convinced, put pressure on her, after which it she narrated the incident to the mother. However the convict, knowing the overall game was up, took to his heels and was apprehended by neighbours.
