22 year old Jolly Tumuhiirwe was sentenced early today December fourteenth in a Kampala high court in the wake of confessing to the wrongdoing of assault a week ago.
The court dropped charges of torment which would have provided for her no less than 10 years in jail. 4 years is sufficient. Lesson learnt. Justice served!
