22yr old Miss Columbia, Paulina Vega won the event and there was not serious mayhem at the occasion as well as on twitter. Clearly Miss Jamaica – Kaci Fennell (right) was excessively beautiful not to have won. haha. She’s truly pretty however judges know best.
