2 bagged death sentence for stealing fowls in Osun state

The Osun High Court in Okuku, has sentenced two men to death for stealing fowls.

The convicts, Olowookere Seguana & Morakinyo Sunday were found liable of breaking into the home of the complainant Balogun Tope and taking his fowls. The men had been in his home before to steal.

The thieves had additionally been found around the complainant’s home with a cutlass and dane firearm. They likewise admitted to prior ransacking one Alhaja Umani Oyewo in her home and stole ovens, eggs and barrels of vegetable oil from the house.

They were accused of trick, burglary and stealing. In the judgment, there were sentenced on three charges: death for conspiracy, life sentence for theft and 3 years’ imprisonment for stealing.
