Nigerian Choir Breaks Guinness World Record

The Akwa Ibom State choral gathering has broken the world record for the biggest number of Christmas song artists on the planet.

The record, which has been formally ensured by the Guinness World Records and stuck on its site, www.guinessworldrecords.com, was broken by the solidarity choir, a 25,272 man-choral gathering, in a show in the Uyo Township Stadium on Saturday, December 13, 2014 with Guinness World Records agents in participation.

The new record beats the previous one which recorded 15,674 song artists, in December, 2013 by a gathering known as CENTI in Bogota, Columbia.
