INEC set to meet tomorrow to decide on Postponing Elections

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says it will meet with administrators and secretaries of all enlisted political gatherings, and Resident Electoral Commissioners, Recs tomorrow Saturday seventh, to choose whether to continue with the general races charged for February 14 and 28.

An announcement released by Mr Kayode Idowu, the representative of INEC Chairman, Attahiru Jega, states that after the meeting, “the Commission will address a press conference to brief the nation on its decision with regard to whether or not the general elections will hold as currently scheduled”..
