My hubby shows off his body all the time and I don’t like it

My spouse knows he is attractive and well built which I like and appreciate yet my agony is that he takes each minute he sees to uncover his body. I have let him know more than once that I don’t like it however he wouldn’t listen. In the event that a lady’s body is meant for her spouse’s eyes alone and she is to cover it up at all times, why can’t the man likewise cover his body also and keep it for his wife only. I don’t like the way ladies continue gazing at his uncovered chest when he drops some of his buttons open or wego swimming and as a wedded man he is wearing swimming trunk when he should be wearing swimming shorts to cover his lump and bum atleast. I have squabbled and quarreled over this issue and he wouldn’t tune in. What should I do?
