On the 21st of March 2025, Nollywood celebrities traveled to Uyo to offer their condolences to actress Ini Edo as she buried her father. The actress’s father passed away a few weeks ago, and his family buried him with honor. She was joined in mourning by her coworkers, including Rita Dominic, Ruth Kadiri, Mary Remmy Njoku, Nancy Isime, Ik Ogbonna, Lilian Afegbai, Desmond Elliot, and Uche Jombo.
