I talked about this with my oga who plans to build his home in 6 months and he said he will build with only N2m without the expense of the area yet that the rooms won’t be of a standard one and the 3 rooms as well. i.e portable flats. If you don’t mind is it conceivable and can anyone be able to offer us the break down of how this is possible. his land is at Agbara.
