Jungle Justice: Man Who Stole A Phone In Benin Stripped & Tied (Pics, Video)

The young fellow who claimed to be 22 years of age was nabbed in a keen endeavor to steal a woman’s telephone. As per the report I assembled, he had successfully moved the telephone out of the woman’s shop, he was apprehended by somebody who saw his bizarre movement.  He was striped unclad and whipped completely with sticks. The police arrived in few minutes later and took him away..
