A witness who saw the occurrence today said the policeman from Iyana-Isashi grabbed the Okada man’s bicycle for reasons he doesn’t know and when the Okada man challenged him, the police man continued to thrash him. And after that the Okada man clutched his pants and refused to release it constraining the policeman to call for reinforcement…but not before the Okada man dragged his pants down. *sigh*
