Katherine Dey is a baker and nurse caretaker moved into one. Her normal everyday employment is as a medical attendant in the Accident and Emergency bureau of a healing facility in Rochester, New York.

In her extra time, she humors her masterful ability by duplicating her normal everyday job in cake structure. The 30 year old mum of two has an imaginative foundation having examined art and design graduating with a bachelor of expressive arts in illustration.
