Foreigner Pictured Urinating On The Road In Warri

This is an abnormal state of lawlessness in a remote area. This man was spotted at Okorodudu Junction, along Effurun-Sapele Road tonight.  This foreigner shamelessly parked his SUV out and began urinating, in that spot in the presence of everybody; as busy as that intersection seems to be!!! In the event that a Nigerian tries this in this present man’s nation, the resultant impact will be exceptionally tragic!!!
