Previous running mate of President Buhari in the 2011 general decision says institutional amendments and constitutional reforms are required and that Integrity is insufficient to run Nigeria. He said this while talking at an open strategy gathering in Lagos. “Integrity is not enough to run a nation, Nigeria must be born again”he said.
