Nigerian Man Who shared Ugandan Singer’s Unclad Pictures captured In UK [Photos]

Franklin Emoubor, a Nigerian national and the estranged local singer Desire Luzinda has been captured.


Talking at the Uganda Media Center on Tuesday, Rev. Fr. Simon Lokodo, the State priest for Ethics and Integrity said he was arretsted by Interpol. He, however did not uncover where he was captured from.

“We are going to subject him to the Ugandan courts of law and charge him since Uganda is where he initially committed the crime,” Lokodo said.
