Ògúndá Méjì ‘NO 9’

Firstly, whoever this Odu is revealed to need to feed Ogun very well for victory over enemies. And Obe of the affiliated Irunmole of this Odu is Ogún.
Secondly, Ifá advise this person to always say whatever is on his/her mind because it’s this person’s mouth that will always set hin/her free in any obstacles. Like we all know that the gun always uses its mouth to set itself free from any problem.
Furthermore, Ifá advises this person to feed Obatala with Sugarcane because this person is clamouring for the lack of Ire, such person need to offer Ebo and feed Obatala so as to be able to point fingers to good things he/she has acquired in life.
Moreover, if the person to whom this Odu is revealed to is pregnant, the name of the child right from heaven is Òkìkí(fame) the child of Ògún.
Importantly, Ifá is not saying this person should not do good again but this person should be careful with the type of people he/she will be doing good to so as not to get into big trouble due to his/her good gesture. And Ifa warns this person not to ever pay good with bad.
The Ifa goes thus :

Àfòmó soore kò r’égbò wa’lè
Ńjò’mí jò’mì k’éni má mà ti è s’ore mí
Adífá fún Òrúnmìlà
Níjó Oká ń nanra káká aláìle dìde
Ebo kó má baà f’ore gba’bi l’awó ní ó wá se
Ógbébo níbè ó rúbo
Njé Oká bóo gb’awó mì ibi lo se ooo
Njé Oká bóo gb’awó mì ibi lo se
Njé Oká bóo gb’awó mì wàá kú
Njé Oká bóo gb’awó mì ibi lo se.
Translation
Good gesture made Oró tree to lost all its leafs
Àfòmó tree was doing good to the point of not having roots
Next time, one should not do good again
They Casted Ifá for Òrúnmìlà
When he was going to save cobra from terrible sickness
Òrúnmìlà was advised to offer Ebo so as not to get into trouble for doing good
He complied
Òrúnmìlà declared:
Cobra if you kill the Awo you have done bad
Cobra if you kill the Awo you have done bad
Cobra if you swallow Awo, you shall die!
If you swallow Awo you have done bad.
