Materials used by B’Haram are sold in Nigerian shops – CNS Usman Jibrin

Immediate past Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Vice Admiral Usman Jibrin says that a portion of the materials utilized by Boko Haram individuals to make the devices they use in their different assaults are sold by Nigerians and in Nigerian shops.  As per The Nation, he said this while identifying with correspondents after his pulling out service at the Naval Base, Apapa in Lagos yesterday August twelfth.
