Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Johnson Olawumi has said that there would never again be concessional posting for all corps memebers. Brig. Olawunmi said this while talking with columnists amid the opening service of the preparation organised by the NYSC and the Housing Developers Cooperative Society for Corps Members at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Kubwa, Abuja yesterday September 21st.

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has approved the removal and immediate replacement of the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, Brigadier-General Mohammed Fadah. Fadah’s removal comes only six months after his appointment as the NYSC boss in May 2022. When contacted, the NYSC spokesman, Eddy Megwa, asked our correspondent to wait for an official statement that would be issued on Friday.More details later…
