Bafana Bafana goalkeeper shot dead !

Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates number 1 goalkeeper and captain Senzo Meyiwa was shot dead on October 26th at his girlfriend’s house just a couple of hours after the photo above was taken.

According to reports, Meyiwa, 27, who played for Orlando Pirates on Saturday night, was at his girlfriend’s house, SA pop star Kelly Khumalo (pictured right), when three men entered the house in Vosloorus, Johannesburg to rob them. Meyiwa wound up getting shot in the chest. He was rushed to a medical facility where he was declared dead. No body else in the home was hurt.

Although he was dating Kelly openly, Meyiwa was married. Until his death he was married to a female named Mandisa Mkhize and they’d two children. He also had a young child with Kelly, an infant girl named Aphelele who had been born this year. Sad. May his soul rest in peace, amen.
