Russian President Vladimir Putin officially declares the attack on the Kerch bridge a terrorist attack on the infrastructure of the Russian Federation.

“There is no doubt about it. This is a terrorist attack aimed at destroying the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation. And the authors, performers, (of the attack) – are the special security services of Ukraine.”

Tomorrow, the Russian leader is scheduled to hold a meeting of the Russian Security council, where “appropriate measures” will be decided, according to a number of Russian officials.
