Today, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja ordered that Azibaola Robert, be remanded in Kuje Prison pending the determination of his bail application. Azibaola and his wife, Stella were arraigned before Justice Dimgba for allegedly receiving a $40m contract from Dasuki. .

They’re arraigned, alongside their company, Oneplus Holding Limited, on 7 counts bordering on money laundering and fraud. While the court ruled that Stella could continue to enjoy the administrative bail earlier granted her by the EFCC, the judge adjourned till tomorrow to rule on the bail application for Azibaola…. a move, many term “gender discrimination.”….
