Nigeria’s House of Assembly Speaker Aminu Tambuwal formally defects from PDP to APC

The Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Assembly, Aminu Tambuwal, has formally defected from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressive Party, APC. The speaker made the announcement at exactly 12.24pm today October 28th during the plenary session of the House.
