They were/are unable and/or incapable of providing simple electricity. Shame on all of them past and present. They all have nothing to write home about.  They are all big-time disgrace to the Motherland. Shame on you all the Vagabonds in Power. Water-nil, Electricity-nil, Food-nil, infrastructure-zero, etc.
