President Muhammadu Buhari, security chiefs in closed-door meeting

President Buhari on Wednesday met behind closed doors some security boss to marshal the nation’s plans that will be displayed at a meeting of the Lake Chad Basin Commission in Abuja on Thursday.

National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd.); Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defense, Ismail Aliyu; Chief of Defense Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh; and Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Usman Jibrin went to the meeting held inside the Defense House in Abuja.

Aliyu advised State House journalists toward the end of the meeting that kept going under two hours. He said they examined issues identifying with the operationalisation of the Multinational Joint Task Force and the commitments of every part state.
