Rivers election tribunal invalidates election of state House of Assembly speaker, 20 PDP lawmakers

Couple of days after  invalidating the election of the state governor, Nyesom Wike, the Rivers State Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja today invalidated the election of the state assembly speaker, Owaji Ibami (presented above) and 20 PDP state legislators. With this new improvement, the state Assembly has been rendered ineffectual because of the decrease in the quantity of officials. 32 officials make up the state Assembly. With the invalidation of 21 legislators, just 12 of them seem, by all accounts, to be qualified and this is too small for the house to run effectively.
