Please I Need Help: I’m 18, Pregnant and Scared!

I’m sooooo scared and confused I’d sex with my boyfriend who’s 20 years of age In summer and I understand I’m pregnant because my period hasn’t come since July and Ive started feeling signs what I  should actually do should I abort the pregnancy or tell my parents?

My boyfriend said I should keep it I’m currently doing my foundation I’m designed to leave for the UK next season please time is running out I do believe my entire life is finished I want help.
