Men of the Imo state Police area command on early today defused two bombs planted near to the Imo state INEC secretariat in Owerri the state capital.
As indicated by reports, the bombs were planted before the Owerri Capital Development Agency OCDA and were found after a boisterous noise radiated from that zone at around 9.30am today. Policemen are said to have cordoned off the area.
