Live Drama: Hubby hangs himself after he thought he had killed his wife in Oyo

A 41 year old wedded man named Ahmed Olanrewaju, hung himself after he thought he had pounded the life out of his wife taking after a domestic fight they had at their home yesterday August second.

As per police report, Olanrewaju utilized a sledge mallet to hit his wife on the head. The lady fell oblivious to the ground.

After a few fizzled endeavors to resuscitate her, Olanrewaju mounted the roof of their home and hung himself with a rope. A few neighbors who heard the couple fighting, broke into their home and discovered the wife unconscious and the man dead from hanging. They hurried the lady to the healing facility where she was restored and is reacting to treatment. Police at Ogbere Division, Ibadan were brought in and Olanrewaju’s body was evacuated and kept at the funeral home for autopsy.

Investigation is in progress to check the circumstances that lead to death.
