President Buhari distanced himself from the ongoing trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki

In an announcement discharged tonight by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, President Buhari distanced himself from the progressing trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki at the Code of Conduct Bureau. In the announcement, Shehu said that the laws tying the Code of Conduct authority and Tribunal forbids obstruction from external forces from any quarters. Garba said the individuals who were blaming Buhari for witch chasing Saraki are uninformed.
