The Ugandan president, Yoweri Museveni aka M7, has become a meme sensation after being photographed making an important phone call while sitting on a portable chair at the side of the road, while on his way to a public engagement. It didn’t take long before Ugandans started the #M7challenge to mimick him, while some came up with hilarious memes.
