Super Eagles players arrived Point Noire airplane terminal in Congo early this morning November thirteenth on a private Discovery-Air plane headed by NFF President Amaju Pinnick. The footballers are in the nation to play against their Congolese partner in the AFCON qualifying match which will hold tomorrow.

The Super Eagles this night vanquished their Congolese partner, the Red Devils, in a 2-0 match to get them closer to meet all requirements for the 2015 African Cup of Nations holding one year from now. The first part of the match finished 0-0 for both groups however the second half saw Nigeria’s Ikechukwu Uche and Aaron Samuel scoring an goal each to beat Congo.
