Rick Ross Dragged to court for rape, he claims he didn’t touch her

Recently engaged Rick Ross is being rogged to the court by a lady essentially known as Jane Doe who claims she was assaulted amid Grammy weekend subsequent to being rugged in Rick Ross’ van.

Jane Doe in the claim claims she was at the W Hotel in L.A. where she met up with Rick and his company, who had welcomed her to go to Cannabis Cup which is a weed tradition.

She says she got in the van with Rick, a fellow named Thaddeus “Dark” James, a DJ, 3 security watches and the driver and was offered some liquor and eventually got to be dizzy and inevitably passed out.

She says the following thing she knew, 2 hours had passed and she was in the van with Black, she backtracked to Black’s hotel room and passed out once more. She says she woke up at 8am, analyzed herself and acknowledged she was exposed and had been sexually assaulted.

Despite the fact that she says she trusts Black is the person who assaulted her, she’s suing Black as well as Rick Ross in light of the fact that she says Black was Ross’ operators and he ought to have been directing him, and it was Ross’ van.

As per  an exclusive interview with TMZ, Ross said:

“It has been brought to my attention that serious allegations have been made against an independent contractor, who’s services I use often. And while I am not directly involved or implicated, as a man and a father, I take this very seriously. I don’t believe any woman’s safety should be compromised and she should never be forced to do anything outside of her will, regardless of the circumstances.”

58″While I personally have no knowledge of the specifics surrounding these allegations, it is my hope that this is rectified quickly and with sensitivity.”
