Indeed, they know they’re healthier and are going to live more, so they have that going for them. However, what does science got to say?
A recent report from the UK’s Office for National Statistics entitled “Measuring National Well-Being: Our Relationships,” requested that members rate life fulfillment from 0 (not satisfied) to 10 (satisfied). While 58 percent of those reviewed who were in serious relationships (either wedded or cohabiting) reported high life fulfillment (either 9 or 10), 21 percent of single individuals reported the same.
