The former mayor of Midland City, Alabama, a lady named Patsy Capshaw Skipper, lost the mayoral election to an african woman, a lady named Jo Ann Bennett Grimsley.

Angry about Jo Ann winning, Patsy exposed herself on Facebook when someone questioned her concerning the election. Patsy taken replied immediately a constituent saying, “I lost. The ****** won.”
