Jungle Justice in Paraguay:  Thief who stole wages at a construction site nabbed & hanged by his ankles

Jungle Justice is never the way however this is humorous. Construction laborers in Paraguay assaulted a hoodlum man who attempted to take their wages from their manager, Wilfrido Zarate, who was taking cash to the group of specialists when he was sought after by the thief, who had a weapon and an assistant.

Subsequent to hearing gun shots and finding what was going on, the builders made move and were able to nab one of the burglars while his accomplice escaped.

They tied him up and rained down punches on him as he dangled off the building’s side they were working on. He was then dropped agonizingly on his head before police touched base on the scene. The police took him into custody yet it is not known whether any of his assailants were captured.
