One can see the adrenaline and excitement as power bikes entertained spectators at the 2019 Bikers Parade during the activities of the annual Calabar Festival.

Spectators inside their numbers proved yesterday to view over 500 power bikes and race cars display breath taking stunts on the streets of Calabar. The bikers are from 32 countries from different continents of the world.

His Excellency, Senator Prof. Been Ayade, after flagging off the function at the millennium park popularly called Eleven, eleven round along Murtala Mohammed Highway Calabar on Friday, led the parade with the former Governor of Cross River State, Mr Donald Duke and his wife, the newly sworn-in Commissioners. Governor Ayade is visible riding his Polaris Slingshot while former Governor Donald Duke was spotted riding with Tacha, RunnerUp of 2019 Big Brother Naija, “Pepper Dem&rdquo ;.

In 2010, the bike gangs comprising of the Metallic Knights, Tinapa Motorcycle Club, Red Scorpion King, Metallic Knights Motorcycle Club and Aviators Motorcycle Club were adjudged to include fun to the parade.

Also, guest appearance of Nigerian music super star, Naira Marley added musical touch to the funfare to the parade.
