According to Ifere Paul, the suspected kidnappers from Delta and Enugu States, stormed Calabar today to allegedly kidnap people. Luck, however, ran out on them as they were caught with one of their victims. They were, subsequently stripped naked, beaten and their car damaged, before being handed over to the police.
