Nearly every meal you put in your mouth, contains sugar. While it sugar is good for the body, taking too much of it can lead to type 2 diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular diseases, a heart attack, stroke and chest pain.
Matilda McCrear lived long enough to become a human bridge between Africa, American slavery, and the modern era.
