One Day After Returning, Buhari jets out Again.

Just a day in the wake of coming back from official visits to Kenya and Ethiopia, President Muhammadu Buhari will be going by France and Britain.  According Adesina, his special consultant on media and publicity, Buhari will first stop at Strasbourg in France before leaving for Britain on February 3, where he will address a special session of the European Union Parliament.  Adesina clarified that the parliament session would be gone to by individuals from the official and legislative arms of the union.
