“Your application lacks merit “- CCT Chairman to Saraki

The Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Umar Danladi, has rejected the application by Senate President Bukola Saraki asking that he, Danladi, disqualifies himself from directing his case at the tribunal. The CCT chairman in his ruling toward the beginning of today, said Saraki’s application needed legitimacy.
