President Muhammadu Buhari has at last announced the long waited arrangement of ministers, who were confirmed on Wednesday, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
President Buhari named himself Minister of Petroleum, while Ibe Kachikwu (Delta State) was named Minister of State (Petroleum).
