Governor of Niger state, Aliyu Babangida says that one needs to know how to tell lies to survive in the political arena of today, including that there is no profound morality in governmental issues.
He says if anybody needs to seek after ethical quality, they ought to go and become Imams or Pastors. The Governor expressed this while introducing the PDP guber campaign panel in Minna the state capital yesterday January fifth.
