Nigeria’s Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has displayed the 2015 funding appraisal to be about N4.3trillion before the National Assembly.

The presentation which was extremely concise and without addresses, was carried out independently before the Senate and the House of Representatives. There was no joint sitting of the 2 chambers which has been the convention for plan presentations.
