Picture above shows President Buhari as a Military Head of State at Tekuru Waterside in Bodo-Gokana, Ogoni Kingdom in Rivers state where he had gone to commission a fish lake on the fifteenth of August 1984.  He is normal at the same spot on Thursday June second where he is to dispatch the execution of the UNEP tidy up report on Ogoni land.
