Man who confessed to having s3x with his daughters to test their virginity, to be freed, if..

Okon Jimmy Amah 40, a father-of-four from Mkpat Enin LGA, Akwa Ibom State and married to two wives, allegedly had s3xual intercourse with his daughters, Enobong, 16 and Imaobong, 13, (not real names), NewTelegraph reports.

He confessed to the act, but noted that he was only attempting to check if the girls were still virgins. Enobong a JSS3 student who sells recharge cards at the State Secretariat Complex, Uyo, was living with her mother in Benin, Edo State, until April 9, 2015, when she decided to visit her father in Uyo.

It was after she got there, that her father turned her into his lover. She said she has now lost count of the number of times he had s3x with me. Enobong exposed Amah, recently, after he beat her for coming home later, leaving her with multiple wounds.

One of her customers, who noticed the bruises the following day, asked her what happened, and she poured out her heart. The shocked customer who happened to be a lawyer, took the matter to the state Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Welfare.

Imaobong on her part said she was 11-year-old when her father started having s3x with her. Giving reasons for his action, Amah, who is now in police custody, said: “Yes, I slept with my daughters. Sometimes, my wife used to deny me s3x. That was why I solicited s3x from my daughters.

I suspected that Imaobong has had s3x with a man. But when I inserted my manhood, I discovered that she had never had s3x. At that point, I immediately removed my manhood. In the case of Enobong, I also intended to find out if she was a virgin. When I inserted my manhood, I discovered that she was a virgin and I immediately removed my manhood.”

Amah was arraigned on 3-count charge of incest, carnal knowledge and assault, before Justice Okon Okon of the State High Court in Uyo, on July 14, 2016, but there was no witness to testify against him.

The court ruled that by the next adjourned date, September 12, if the Prosecution Counsel, Barrister Mary Icoba, couldn’t produce witnesses, the court would have no option, than to strike out the case.

Dele Farotimi wrote in his book that Chief Afe Babalola procured injunctions from the Supreme Court

Do you know the implications of what he said? Dele Farotimi meant that Chief Babalola bribed the justices of the Supreme Court. Excuse me, and you want him to accept that the allegation was true! Haaaa … Ika ni gbogbo yin. Ika eni ibi, apaayan… In the next 100 years, that book, in which he made those allegations, would be read by unborn generations, and they would take it as an unquestionable and impeccable fact forever.
