Imo state governor Rochas Okorocha made surprise appearance during a dancing band rehearsal today at the Imo International Conference Center (IICC) in Owerri, their state capital.
The governor joined the young dancers during their choreography as he showcased his dancing skills to the delight of the present.
The governor visited the band to see the amount of preparation prior to the 23rd December 2018 Imo international Carnival holding at Hero’s Square, Owerri.
