US deports 41 Nigerian men over alleged drug, immigration offences .

The deportees, all male, were dumped at the cargo terminal of Murtala Mohammed International Airport after arriving aboard a chartered aircraft with registration number 733 MA operated by Miami Air International, around 1pm today.

While 9 of them were deported for allegedly carrying drugs, 26 were arrested by the US Police while 6 of them were repatriated over expiration of visas. Those repatriated for police and drug related issues were handed over to the Nigeria Police Force and the NDLEA.
