Concerned Nigerian: FRSC officials stationed in Kubwa/Dutse FCT, Abuja.

I was making a trip to Kaduna three days back (Monday, 1/6/2015) and saw a blazed truck on the roundabout before Dutse Sokale while in transit to Bwari. Shockingly on My way back from Kaduna yesterday evening, I saw that the truck is still there regardless of the fact that FRSC office is found under 2Km from the site of the smoldered truck.
