Prof Osinbajo had on March tenth documented a movement looking for a request limiting the TV stations under the control of NBC from an infringement of his right to dignity, right to privacy, and right to life’.

Conveying his decision on the suit, Justice John Tsoho requested the television organizations to keep up business as usual pending the hearing determination of the applicant’s motion on notice for interlocutory injunction. NBC was likewise joined as respondents in the suit. The matter has been suspended to March thirteenth for further hearing.
